Aside from coordinating public campaigns and mass meetings he uphold
boycotting of those shops which did not employed black workers. In order
to make black workers employ, Radnor Sansoni raised
his voice and said one should shop only that place where one can work.
This call of his forced white shop owners to employ black workers. He
appealed headquarters authority to employ 432 black workers in which he
succeeded. Not only this, he also took initiative and took part in
forming and coordinating committee for increasing Employment. Radnor Sansoni had
also worked as typesetter for most newspaper. Also he aimed to encourage
students to have independent thinking.
